Gerhard Hudecek founds the VPH project company. The property Alserbachstraße 33 in Vienna 9 was developed as the first project.

1994-1997
This was followed by four other projects in Vienna, which were sold after their development in order to strengthen the own funds structure.

Hudecek takes advantage of the hour of EU eastward expansion, expands to the Czech Republic and founds the still existing management company PDcz brno s.r.o. The first three properties in the Czech Republic were purchased.

Gerhard Hudecek enters into a partnership with the later Conwert founders Günter Kerbler and Johannes Kowar.

In Brno, a property portfolio worth EUR 25 million was built up.

The sale of the portfolio in Brno will be made to Conwert Immobilien AG, which has since been listed on the stock exchange. The "Hudecek Gerhard Privatstiftung" was founded, which in the following years serves as a platform for the development of the real estate own portfolio in Vienna and Brno.

Gerhard Hudecek extends his development activities in residential construction to Germany.

In cooperation with the Gerhard Hudecek organization in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Ukraine, the asset volume was increased to € 130 million and 60 employees at 8 locations.

Gerhard Hudecek sells his holdings in Conwert SE due to changes in the shareholder structure and concentrated with his team in Vienna and Brno on the development of a real estate portfolio for the letting.

Was started after the crisis years after 2008 with the property development business in Brno for the sale of apartments.

The real estate group focuses - with three exceptions - on the locations Vienna and Brno. It has a consolidated property portfolio of around € 100 million in 17 SPVs with a total floor space of approximately 50,000 m2, which is exclusively intended for letting. In the property development business, 40 apartments are renovated each year in Brno and around 80 units are built and sold in new residential construction.
